Men’s Medal Open

A Single Medal Competition for Gentlemen with a handicap of not less than 6 and not greater than 20.

To be played over 18 holes of the Kedleston Park Golf Course on Sunday 15th July 2012

(Closing Date for entries 24th June 2012)

Entry Fee	£25.00 £15.00 (members of KPGC)
		Active Handicap Required Certificate to be shown on the day.
Entry		Applications to The General Manager, KedlestonParkGolf Club, Kedleston, Quarndon, Derby. DE22 5JD. Please make cheques payable to Kedleston Park Golf Club. Photocopies of the attached entry form will be accepted.The committee reserve the right to refuse entry without assigning a reason for their action.
		No refunds but substitutes will be allowed.
Start Times		Times will be available from 9:00am to 3:00pm on a first come first served basis. Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope with your application for notification of your starting time.

Catering		Meals can be ordered at check in or arranged with the Catering Franchisee on 01332 840035 option 3

Rules		The Competition will be played under the R&A Rules of Golf. Competitors should familiarise themselves with Local Rules. The decisions of the Tournament Committee shall be final.

Presentation		The Club Captain will present the Prizes at approximately 8:00pm. Prize Winners are expected to attend (Jacket and Tie after 7:00pm)

Prizes		Prizes will be presented to the first six Nett scores in Category 2 (6 to 12) and the first six Nett scores in Category 3 (13 to 20). There are no Gross Prizes.
