To be played over 18 holes of the Kedleston Park Golf Course on Sunday 5^th AUGUST 2012

Entry Fee	£60.00 per Couple (including Meal) £50.00 per Couple (if both members of KPGC)
		Active Handicap required, certificate to be shown on the day.

DE22 5JD. Please make cheques payable to Kedleston Park Golf Club. Photocopies of the attached entry form will be accepted.
		No refunds but substitutes will be allowed. The committee reserve the right to refuse entry without assigning a reason for their action.
Start Times		Times will be available from 8:00amto 3:00pmon a first come first served basis. Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope with your application for notification of your starting time.

Rules		The Competition will be played under the R&A Rules of Golf. Competitors should familiarise themselves with Local Rules. No Competitor to take more than one prize. The decisions of the Tournament Committee shall be final.

Presentation		Prizes will be presented at approximately 8:00pm. Prize Winners are expected to attend (Jacket and Tie).

Prizes		The Committee reserve the right to award prizes for non-attendees to either the Captain’s or Lady Captain’s Charity
