Ropes and stakes around the greens

The Course Manager  has placed the stakes and ropes around the greens to protect the green surrounds from winter traffic. Buggies and trolleys must not go over/inside the ropes. Please help protect your course this Winter.

The status of the stakes and ropes are Movable Obstructions (Rule 15.2) and can be removed without penalty to play a stroke 

If you remove a stake/rope please replace it when you have played your shot

If a ball strikes the stakes/rope there is no penalty and the ball is played as it lies
